Tiny Toes Mini Dachshunds (TTMD)

General Agreement

By placing a deposit, making a payment, or purchasing a puppy from Tiny Toes Mini Dachshunds (“TTMD”), you (“Buyer”) agree to all terms outlined in this agreement. These terms are legally binding.

Payments & Accepted Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Deposits:
• Zelle
• Cash App (+$30 transfer fee)
• Venmo (+$30 transfer fee)

Final Payment (Required at Pickup):
• Cash (non-negotiable)

Flexible Payment Options:
• Stripe (including Klarna and other installment providers)

Stripe & Installment Payments

All payments processed through Stripe are paid to TTMD in full upfront.

If the Buyer chooses to use a third-party installment provider such as Klarna, the Buyer agrees to:

Enter into a separate agreement with that provider
Make installment payments directly to that provider

TTMD is not responsible for any agreements, fees, or disputes related to third-party financing.

Deposits & Payment Policy

• A $500 deposit is required to reserve a puppy
• All payments made to TTMD are NON-REFUNDABLE
• Payments may be transferable on a case-by-case basis, at the sole discretion of TTMD
• Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price

Failure to complete payment or follow through with purchase may result in forfeiture of funds.

Pre-Paid Waitlist Policy

• A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to join the pre-paid waitlist
• This deposit IS transferable for up to 3 litters
• The deposit goes toward the total purchase price

Buyers will:

Provide preferences (color, coat type, gender)
Be contacted in order when litters are available

Selection typically occurs between 1–2 weeks of age, and buyers are given 24 hours to decide.

If no decision is made, the deposit rolls over and the next buyer is contacted.

TTMD does not guarantee timing, availability, or specific traits, as all litters vary.

Pickup, Delivery & Shipping

• Local pickup is arranged in Weatherford, Texas, unless otherwise agreed
• Nationwide shipping is available through a third-party transporter

Buyer acknowledges:

All shipping costs and arrangements are the responsibility of the Buyer or third-party transporter
TTMD is not liable for delays, damages, or issues once the puppy is in transit

Pricing & Taxes

• Puppy pricing is determined per litter and individual puppy
• Final pricing will be confirmed prior to purchase

An 8.25% state sales tax is required and due at the time of pickup, and will be added to the remaining balance.

Health & Veterinary Care

All puppies are provided with:
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Deworming
• Vet health check
• Health guarantee (outlined in separate agreement)
• First month supply of flea/tick/parasite prevention

Buyer agrees to:

Continue proper veterinary care
Take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian within a reasonable timeframe after pickup

No Guarantees Beyond Sale

TTMD does not guarantee:
• Size, weight, or full-grown appearance
• Coat type or color development
• Temperament beyond early socialization

All puppies are raised with care, but development may vary.

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing a puppy, Buyer agrees:
• They are financially and physically capable of caring for the puppy
• The puppy will be placed in a safe, stable, and loving home
• TTMD reserves the right to refuse sale at any time if concerns arise

Limitation of Liability

TTMD shall not be held liable for:
• Any illness, injury, or condition after the puppy leaves our care
• Veterinary expenses incurred after pickup
• Any damages, losses, or claims related to ownership of the puppy

Buyer assumes full responsibility once the puppy is in their possession.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a transaction, Buyer agrees:
• Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes
• All sales are final and governed by these terms

Any disputes must be handled directly with TTMD.

Right to Refuse Service

TTMD reserves the right to:
• Refuse or cancel any sale at any time
• Deny service to anyone for any reason deemed necessary to protect our business and animals

Agreement Acknowledgment

By submitting payment, placing a deposit, or purchasing a puppy, Buyer confirms they have:
• Read
• Understood
• Agreed to all Terms & Conditions listed above
